AIR PRE-HEATER (APH)

An Air Preheater is a critical heat recovery component in boiler systems, designed to improve thermal efficiency by preheating the combustion air using residual heat from flue gases. By increasing the temperature of incoming air before it enters the furnace, the APH reduces fuel consumption, enhances combustion efficiency, and lowers flue gas temperature—resulting in significant energy savings and improved boiler performance.
